I am all for children's rights & the law to properly protect them but give me a break!
In all the pictures I've seen of the little girl she does not look tanned (unlike her crispy looking mom, Patricia Krentcil).
To have "tanorexic" ( a term being thrown around now ) implies this woman has mental issues akin to anorexia. She has no history of abuse to her children and always appears happy and caring when featured on the news with them.
GET HER A THERAPIST!!! DO NOT PUT HER IN JAIL!!!
Putting her in jail will guarantee traumatizing her children further- worse than if in fact she had had the poor judgement of tanning her little girl (which is vague and has yet to be proven, all we know is that the child was in the room with her-btw, some of these same people love watching "Toddlers and Tiaras")
DO NOT PUNISH THE CHILDREN, PLEASE!!!
I think with all the media coverage she has received- along with being legally charged- will not be bringing her children near that "hotbed" of danger and those harmful machines again (especially if she gets professional help). We all need a second chance, let's be kinder and give her one.

Two years ago a friend & I were going down, in October, to Florida for a Halloween party & we decided to go for one tanning session (what one does in the name of authenticity--no children present except for our inner-child), well we both went to a place in Nutley, NJ, the exact town where Patricia Krentcil lives and tans--OUCH!
